Training courses can take place in the premises of your company or in our room specially equipped for training, which can host up to maximum 10 participants.
It is not obligatory to have a laptop computer in our training courses. However, it is strongly suggested, since it allows participants to apply the principles and notions in the course directly, like in the “Optimize your time with Outlook”. In the event the participant does not have his or her computer, he will be able to receive the learnt material at home, with the help of the manual provided during the training. If you wish, you can rent a computer for 40$ a day.
There is a parking lot behind the building at 10$/day. You can access it by Drolet street, which is a one way going south, so only accessible at the corner of Mount-Royal street.
Any request for cancelation must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org ten (10) business days before the event at the latest to avoid penalty fees.
If we receive the request for cancelation between 4 and 9 business dates, fees of 25% of the training’s price will be billed to you.
If we receive the request for cancelation less than 4 business days before the event, 100% of the training’s cost will be billed to you.
Not participating to a conference does not relieve you from the obligation of paying eligible costs. However, a person of your choice can take your place at any time provided you notify us in writing.
